Fee-Based Reference Cost Model (in development)

We are happy to announce that the pilot phase of the Alumni and Friends Access service has officially started on September 10, 2002.

The goal of the system is to provide alumni and friends with improved access to information through a portal to our library collections and services. Before launching a generally available system, we'll offer a pilot service for six months to approximately 600 alumni. This will enable us to better understand their needs and to assess resource requirements for CUL.
