Library Learning Opportunities is pleased to offer a workshop focusing on Individuals inTransition
A full-day workshop based on the work William Bridges
Transition is not just a nice way to say change; transition is the inner process through which people come to terms with a change, as they let go of the way things used to be and reorient themselves to the way that things are now. In an organization, managing transition means helping people to make that difficult process less painful and disruptive.
Library learning Opportunities and the Library Forum are pleased to offer Individuals in Transition, a full day workshop to assist Library employees in managing change more effectively.

8:30am - 4:00pm
