Ensure basic equipment and supplies are ready for new employee X  

All new regular full-time and part-time employees will make an appointment to go to the University Onboarding Center at East Hill Plaza. The following items will be completed at the appointment:

- Activate netid if not already done
- Employment Eligibility (I-9) is verified
- Tax Forms
- Direct Deposit Form
- Photo ID taken and given to employee
- Meet with a transportation representative and select options
- Meet with a benefits specialist to discuss benefits options
- Sign up for a Welcome to Cornell Sesion
