Patricia thanked Michael for redesigning the committee's web site. She also noted that committee members should give feedback to Tony on the redesign of the CU Library homepage, which is prominently linked on our site.
We decided not to meet over the Summer. We will try to handle reviews by e-mail, but we can meet if we need to. Our next scheduled meeting is September 15. At that point we may want to consider whether the committee has fulfilled its charge. Or, there may be more sites to review, since several libraries are re-working their sites over the Summer.
Michael will set up a link to this form when it is ready so that we can review it. We suggested the name of the form "Request for purchase of library materials" be changed because it sounds a bit like a form for buying things the library sells.
We looked at the criteria that Susan designed and we found them to be well done. We accepted them and made a few suggestions for additions. Michael added these to our design guidelines in the section under forms. There are three parts: an overview, a required section and a recommended section.
