Information Technology and Technical Services

ITTS at the Cornell University Library has campus-wide responsibility for acquiring, licensing, and cataloging new materials for the collections; building and maintaining the Library's catalog database and other enterprise-level library discovery and management systems; planning, building, maintaining, and preserving a variety of digital collections, scholarly portals and institutional repositories; delivering digital library consulting and production services, including digitization services on both a small and large scale; supporting the technical needs of the Library's scholarly communications programs; and providing a variety of core infrastructure services for network linkages, system integration and interface development, library Web servers, and desktop computing.

ITTS employs approximately 125 members and is organized into three main divisions, which are represented on this organizational chart: Digital Library and Information Technologies (DLIT), Discovery Systems and Services (DSS), and Library Technical Services (LTS).
