Present: Jim Alberts, Camille Andrews, Amy Blumenthal, Susan Kendrick, Melody Padgett

Announcements: Due to system changes (Webfeat), the help pages for Find Images will need to be moved and incorporated into the Gateway help pages. We should expect to hear from the CUL Visual Resources Group later this semester regarding this process.

Melody has delivered 3 updated Quickguides to the copy center.

Minutes approval: Camille has posted the minutes to the wiki for approval.

ReDS update: At this time there is nothing that directly effects the Documentation Committee.

Jim will be unable to attend the ReDS meeting late in February. Unless the date of the ReDS meeting changes, another committee member will attend in his place. Jim will keep us posted regarding this.

Access Services update: At this time there is nothing that directly effects the Documentation Committee.

Help pages changes to canned search, linking to library resources, and e-reserves: Camille has updated these pages to reflect the changes with the new Voyager system, and e-reserves policy. She also updated the canned searches page.
