Announcements

• The Get it! team will be approaching us soon with documentation to work on.
• Next month's meeting will be Camille's last with the Documentation Committee. Camille will be rotating off the committee and will ask PSEC to about advertising for a new member.

Approval of minutes: Minutes were approved.

ReDS and Access Services updates

• At this time, there is nothing in the pipeline that will directly affect Documentation Committee.
• Melody presented the recent help page changes at the most recent Access Services meeting.

Updates on recent help page changes

• The changes to the Blackboard help page look ok.
• It appears that Cornell dissertations and theses show up in ProQuest faster than the library catalog. So Camille will adjust the help page to reflect that ProQuest is the preferred way to search for these materials.
• We have received a complaint about the poor quality of our APA citation guide in the help pages. Camille and Susan will look into improving our guides and including links to outside citation guides as well as catalog records for books on citation style.
