Announcements: No new announcements to record

Meeting minutes approval: All members approved the September minutes submitted by Susan

ReDs update: Jim handed out the minutes from the last ReDS meeting (9/14/06) to update this group.

MyLibrary pages will need edits: Printouts of the consolidated pages with edits so far were handed out for us to look over for further edits and approval. These were finalized and Camille will post.       

Frequently Asked Questions page needs edits: Printouts were handed out and we should look them over and send suggested edits to Susan.

Find Articles/Databases Quick guide: Camille is still editing it to alert patron that not all databases are included.

New Help Page website: The page is almost ready; Camille is exploring adding the Google Search Appliance to the new template.

Other concerns: Susan noticed that some of the pages didn't print out in a printer-friendly format; the edges of the text were cut off in printing. Jim thinks it may be the personal browser settings on each computer. Can we make a "printer friendly version" of some of our help pages?

Next Documentation committee meeting will be at Mann Library.  Jim Alberts will be the note taker (November 3rd 1-2pm).
