Announcements

• Amy is trying to get CIT to put more help documentation on their VPN website. This service should hopefully make lives easier for our patrons off campus.

Minutes Approval Done

ReDS & Access Services Updates

• Jim would like to continue to be the liaison to ReDS (or its replacement) for the next year.
• Access Services is not working on anything that will directly affect the Documentation Committee.

New Membership

• Camille will be rotating off the committee and we will have 2 openings for new members to rotate on this next year. Camille has contacted Jim Morris-Knower (on vacation) and Kornelia Tancheva about replacement members.
• PSEC should let us know within the next month regarding new committee members.

APA guides

• Camille made changes to the APA citation guides and included links to Purdue University's OWL guide.
• Camille will also make changes to the PDF versions of the citation guides. Melody will take the new guides to the copy center.

Help Guide Template

• If the committee wishes to fix the help pages search box problem, they will need to discuss this with Matt Connolly.
• Susan will check with Maureen to see if we can do away with the pop-up help pages altogether. Another suggestion was if we could move the help pages entirely to a wiki since changes need to be made so often.
