Minutes approval: Camille has posted the minutes to the wiki for approval.

ReDS update: At this time there is nothing that directly effects the Documentation Committee.

Help Pages:

Approved changes made to e-Reserves help pages. We will direct students to the Blackboard login page for electronic readings.
Susan will add a comment to the linking to articles page that warns folks to watch for spaces when constructing a URL to an article. Susan also added Chicago Manual of style links to citation page (including Ohio State University quick guide to Chicago Manual with permission from OSU)
Discussion on transferring the help pages to the template designed by Ken Bolton last year. The pages switch over has been held up by the lack of a search box. This was being worked on by Paul Houle before he left Cornell, however, we are unsure as to when we will be able to get a programmer to address this issue. Jim mentioned that the help pages are currently not in compliance with the university image guidelines. Susan asked why the help pages are separate from the rest of the Gateway pages. The decision was made to attempt to move forward with the pages that Ken developed. Camille will see about approaching Maureen Morris and PSEC to see what is technically possible and to gain approval to switch the pages.
