Documentation Committee Meeting

ReDs Update:
Jesse Koennecke is the new chair. They will be reviewing their charge and evaluating workflow practices.

Access Services Update:
The link for the newly created Disabilities page is on the Gateway.

Visual Resources Group (Glen) :
Working on a FAQ and possible update to Luna Insight®. Also working on an image help page that is easily accessible.

Other:

• Susie inquired about the "Connecting off campus help page" and Side Car going out of commission this spring. The instructions for using Side Car for authentication will not be changed as long as Side Car is available.
• A systematic annual Help Page update was recommended by Susie. Each member will take a section of the pages to review and update.
• There was past discussion of creating a template for consistency, which was tabled. It was tabled once again due to the potential changes which may result from the "Gateway Web Vision."
