1. We welcomed Jaime and Thad, the two new members of the Documentation Committee, and provided an overview of our activities for them.

2. We discussed the OPAC Team request to provide instructions on canned searches in the Catalog. Jaime volunteered to test the instructions and report back to the group.

3. We discussed on-going business:
Mihoko is working on the Call Numbers page.

Lee has updated the Finding e-journals page to reflect the new e-journal title list. Lee will look into updating the e-Reference Quickguide (both the html document and the pdf file).

Kornelia is working on updating the Cookies page; the off-campus connection page (to reflect the fact that the Weill community should not be using the proxy server); and the research tutorial.

The Committee needs a print documentation coordinator. Lee will contact Leah Solla for the specifics.

4. We discussed link-checking software. Lee will run a test of the production GW help to determine the extent of dead links.

5. We will review the MyContents help page provided by the MyContents group and discuss it at our next meeting.

Our next meeting is scheduled for 3/28, 10:30-12 in 361 Mann.
