Pages that need to be updated or created:

• Endnote - we need a help page addressing endnote. The EndNote working group will write the page.
• Voyager FAQ's - need to be broken into separate pages so that each issue may be accessed more easily with the help search engine and the help index
• Overview and Clarification (under Library Research at Cornell) - needs updating
• Voyager Patron Info - change "renewing" link to reflect renewals, holds and recalls
• Library Gateway Networked Resource overview - needs updating
• Configuration for Internet Explorer 5 - needs to be added, when this page is added the telnet, acrobat, excel and gzip pages will need to be updated so that they have links to the new configuration pages.
• Configuration for Netscape 6 - Netscape 6 is not supported by CIT and does not work with the proxy server. If the group decides not to write a Netscape 6 configuration page, there should at least be a page about why it isn't supported.
• Resolving Errors and Technical Questions - all pages should be reviewed to see if anything should be added or removed
• Proxy pages - need updating
• Finding Specific Types of Materials - Journals and E-Journals pages need updating

• Gov't Documents
• Census Info
  

Other:

• Certain words or phrases need to be standardized throughout the Help pages (ex. Online Catalog should be CU Library Catalog or Cornell University Library Catalog)
• Adam Smith should make changes to the Computer Set-Up pages so that formatting is retained
• We might want to consider eventually phasing out the Photocopy Service's CUL Handout Form available via the Staff Web and instead make .pdf files of our handouts available for individual libraries to print themselves.
• Nan reviewed the steps for creating and editing new Gateway Help pages
• Nan will arrange access to the test gateway server for Lori and Angela so that they can upload new help pages.
