Deb Lamb Deans, Angela Horne, Lance Heidig (Voyager Liaison), Nan Hyland (chair), Elaine Krikorian, Lori Micho, Leah Solla and Suzy Szasz Palmer.
Publicity Suzy Szasz Palmer is the chair of the Voyager Publicity committee and met with us to brainstorm about publicity ideas. The group thought that the publicity campaign did not need to be as large as the last. We liked the posters that were available before and thought that we would like to see updated posters. The documentation committee will prepare a paper hand-out highlighting the new features of Voyager. We will send early drafts of the hand-out to the publicity committee so that they have it at their disposal. Suzy will keep in contact with the committee.
Voyager 2000 updates Lance Heidig brought us up to date on Voyager 2000 and the work of the OPAC committee and demonstrated Voyager 2000 "out of the box".
