Pages updated
Ida presented several new pages that have been created or revised since last month.

• Library-to-Library Book Delivery (Ida) *new
• Netlibrary Help page, linked from Netlibrary and via keyword search in Help (Lynn )revised
• Patron Information pages (Kizer) *reorganized and revised
• Ida will meet with Carmen to get feedback on updating Catalog FAQ pages.

Keyword Index
Ida discussed the importance of good metatdata for generating the HELP keyword indexing. Presently, there are 17 pages that do not have the correct metadata and therefore are not available in a keyword search of the Help pages. Kizer, Lynn, and Ida divided up the pages to make the corrections. Ida will send us a template of what the metadata for Gateway Help should look like. Ida will also set up times with Lynn and Kizer to demonstrate how to update the Manifest file and run the MakeKeywordIndex

Technical Support pages (Encompass)
Amy Blumenthal, Fiona Patrick and Ida have been working on these. There are several new additions under Resolving Errors and Common Technical Questions.

• Information about "0 Hits" or "No Hits." in a Find Articles/Find Databases search
• Information about adjusting the cache and clearing the cache for a variety of browsers

Sever space Spring Cleaning
Ida announced that all of the older, no-longer-used pages and images from Gateway Help have been removed from the server and saved to a CD

Presentation
Ira Revels demonstrated an online tutorial that she is developing as part of a CU Internal Grant Award.

The tutorial was built with Macromedia Authorware and incorporates mini Flash movies. It was created from content on some of the Help pages, presenting the content in a more visual, less textual, way. The tutorial was built around specific learning outcomes, based on ACRL Information Literacy standards.
