  1. Fall meeting times.  All members will send best times to Jaime to schedule within Corporate Time (for Oct., Nov., and Dec.).

  2. Search for new members.  Thad will announce this to IRPC on 9/15.  We will lose Mary in Oct. and will ask for a replacement.  Thad discussed this with Angela Horne (IRPC Steering) and she asked about issues with group size and co-chairs.  The group agreed that there should only be 5 members, but liked the fact that there are 2 co-chairs as opposed to one chair.  Thad and Jaime will rotate off in Feb 2004 and the committee will then only look for one new member.  Decisions about chairs/co-chairs are left to the group after Feb 2004.

  3. FAQ updates.  Jaime reviewed with the group the recent changes to the “Resolving Errors and Common Technical Questions” page that she updated with the help of Amy Blumenthal and Holly Mistlebauer.  Ida made one suggestion, that there is one other link from the main TOC that needs to go to this new page.  Jaime will update this.

  4. Jim LeBlanc e-mail.  Ida discussed an e-mail from Jim LeBlanc to CU-LIB mentioning the change in the reported cataloging backlog number.  Ida will send Thad this new number for updating.

  5. APA citation manual.  One small changes needs to be made to this page (an underlined example within the “annotated bibliographies” section needs to also be italicized.  Thad will do this.

  6. .wk1 files.  Ida met with Keane and discussed the “Advanced Configuration” section of the “Computer Set-Up” page.  This section can be removed.  A new row within the main table will be added and called “Spreadsheet Viewing Software”, which will link to a new .wk1 help page that discussed the Excel Viewer and KeyView programs.  Jaime will make these changes.

  7. Computer set-up page.  Jaime will remove “Telnet” from this page, update the Safari browser page, and add Netscape 7.0 to the Cookies page.  Jaime will also take a look at the Gzip page to make any necessary updates (to browsers etc.).

  8. E-mail notification page.  This page needs updating. Kaiser will work on this.
