ILR Theses and Dissertations The first complete list of all ILR theses and dissertations is now available online. Susan LaCette, a reference specialist in the Catherwood Library, consulted alumni lists and Cornell Graduate School publications to compile this first list of theses written by ILR graduate students. ILR School Theses and Dissertations: A Listing, is available electronically through DigitalCommons@ILR. It contains not only an alphabetical list by author, but also by year. The theses are categorized into forty-two subject areas. ILR students searching for a thesis topic will find this resource of interest because it reveals the range of research undertaken from the present back to the first thesis accepted by the school in 1946. If you notice errors or omissions, please contact Susan LaCette with additions or corrections. Annex Move Statistics for September 2006
