Ithaca Reads Frankenstein

During the Summer and Fall 2002, the Tompkins County Public Library and a host of others will be sponsoring a community wide reading of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.

You will soon be both a new student at Cornell and a new citizen of Ithaca.

Cornell students, faculty, and staff are invited to join in and participate in all of the planned activities and events: discussion groups, public readings, film screenings, lectures, debates, etc.

Frankenstein Penetrating the Secrets of Nature

This is a traveling exhibition developed by the National Library of Medicine and the American Library Association (ALA) and funded by a major grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities will be coming to the Tompkins County Public Library in October.
