IRIS SPACE TASK FORCE February 25, 2002

Present: David Block, Susan Currie, John Dean, Fred Muratori, Pat Schafer

Pat reviewed the game plan developed at the first meeting in relation to the discussion at the February 22, 2002 Transition Team meeting and her subsequent discussion with Anne regarding administration. She then proposed that a practical approach to the space assignment would be to focus initially on the needs of the office requirements, including location, for the IRIS administration as of July 1. Discussion followed. Action items: 1. The Space TF will focus initially on the space requirements for the IRIS Administration. 2. The two representatives of the Staffing TF, Susan and John, agreed to recommend to their committee that they review the job descriptions of all administrative support staff in IRIS. 3. Pat said that she would discuss the proposal with Anne, and if she agrees with the approach, invite her to the next meeting of the TF to discuss her thoughts on the components of an IRIS Administration. 4. Pat said that she would investigate the status of the 213 task and personnel review done by Linda Bryan.
