As part of KMODDL (Kinematic Models for Design Digital Library), an IMLS-supported project, we are investigating best practices for the integration of 3D digital objects of all kinds into digital library collections. We will produce a white paper addressing questions of taxonomy, description, access provision, asset management, and preservation for 3D digital objects of various formats.Virtual Remote Control

Recent Projects
Political Communications Web Archiving (pdf)
The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation has awarded a grant to the Center for Research Libraries (CRL) for a project entitled: Political Communications Web Archiving. Cornell University Library was one of four universities subcontracting with CRL to explore the curatorship, technology, and long-term resource management components of the project.Project Harvest
