Surinder reported on her telephone conversations with Chris Brennan and Steve Gilbert on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. Surinder distributed copies of a diagram that Chris sent her outlining her understanding of how the interface between Endeavor and GFA would work. Steve indicated that the August target date was doable from his perspective. He gave Surinder an informal cost estimatefor GFA's work on the project. Pat will share this with Lee at her February 2 meeting regarding the need for a new server. Surinder said that purchasing DataServer, as had been expected, would not be necessary. Since Verne Coppi had been on vacation since ALA, he had not yet sent GFA and Pat the documentation regarding the ARS and the interface that he had promised at the ALA meeting. Pat said that she would contact him early the following week.

The next meeting will be Friday, February 4, at 8:30 a.m. in Pat's office.
