Citing Resources Web Sites

  • Chicago Style, formerly The Chicago Manual of Style and the Turabian’s Manual for Writers are detailed on this site by the University of Wisconsin - Madison's Writing Center. The site includes guidelines for parenthetical documentation and reference lists as well as style and printing manuals.
  • Citing Electronic Resources lists the MLA-Style of citing electronic sources including www documents, ftp files, gopher sites, CD-ROM, diskette, and magnetic tapes.

  • MLA Citation Style is the Cornell Libraries' own summary of bibliographic entries. Includes samples of entries for both print and electronic sources.
