Unicode provides a unique number for every character, no matter what the platform, no matter what the program, no matter what the language. The new release of Voyager, scheduled for December 2005, is primarily intended to complete the conversion to Unicode. This session will answer the questions: What is Unicode? How will Unicode impact our data in Voyager? What do I need to know about Unicode on a desktop computer (Voyager clients, web browsers, font issues)?
