Title:   The Road to Success: Utilizing Life Quality Programs to Develop and Motivate To Performers in a Diverse and Inclusive environment

Description:

This program has been designed to assist supervisors in creating a culture within their workplaces that develops and motivates top performers. Because of national and local economic forces, supervisors are challenged to "do more with less." However, your success as a manager or leader will be determined by your ability to elicit extraordinary performance from your employees to achieve the objectives of your unit. As a result, the question is: how can supervisors create an organizational culture that motivates diverse employees to do more, while maintaining work/life "balance" and avoiding burnout?

This workshop will focus on how life quality practices can assist supervisors and managers to develop and motivate top performers within the organization. This workshop will be presented by the Office of Workforce Diversity, Equity and Life Quality, Cornell Careers Institute, and the Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble.
