Africana
The Africana Librarian does not plan to move material to the expanded
Library Annex.
Engineering
A total of 93,000 volumes of which 27% are serials (journals) selected through
an item-by-item evaluation in the stacks by the collection librarian. 45%
are monographs (books) and 28% are multi-volume monographs selected from
handwritten or computer-generated lists. The selected items include
serials/journals that have ceased publication or have been canceled by the
library. The monographs, all published before 1992, were individually
selected from a computer-generated list of items that have not been checked
out by library users via the online circulation system.
Fine Arts
A total of 37,150 volumes of which 100% are monographs identified by a
computer-generated list. All selected items were published before 1992 and
have not been checked out by library users via the online circulation system.
Geneva
A total of 1,079 volumes of which 100% are serials selected through an item-by-item
evaluation in the stacks by the collection librarian.
Hotel
A total of 1,121 volumes of which 40% are serials, 50% are monographs, and
10% are multi-volume monographs. All items were individually selected from
a computer-generated list of items published before 1992 that have not been
checked out by library users via the online circulation system.
ILR
A total of 74,100 volumes of which 45% are serials selected through an item-by-item
evaluation in the stacks by the collection librarian. 55% are
monographs individually selected from a computer-generated list. All
selected items were published before 1992 and have not been checked out by
library users via the online circulation system.
Management
A total of 45,900 volumes of which 65% are serials and 35% are monographs
selected through an item-by-item evaluation in the stacks by the collection
librarian.
Music
A total of 3,650 volumes of which 100% are monographs selected through an item-by-item
evaluation in the stacks by the collection librarian.
Olin
A total of 536,000 volumes of which 100% are monographs identified through a
computer-generated list of items published before 1993. All items have not
been checked out by library users via the online circulation system.
Kroch Asia
A total of approximately 120,000 volumes of which 50% are serials selected
through an item-by-item evaluation in the stacks by the curators. 50% are
monographs and multi-volume monographs selected from a computer-generated
list. All selected items were published before 1992 and have not been
checked out by library users via the online circulation system.
Law
The Law Librarian does not plan to move material to the expanded Library
Annex.
Mann and Entomology
A total of 130,000 volumes of which 100% are monographs identified through a
computer-generated list of items. All selected items were published before
1994 and have not been checked out by library users via the online
circulation system.
Math
A total of 2,500 volumes of which 80% are monographs and 20% are multi-volume
monographs. All items were selected from a computer-generated list.
