Still to Come

One of the first changes to the Olin first floor was the opening of our cybercafé known as Libe Café on March 26, 2001.

The Libe Café provides seating for up to 70, including the coffee bar, tables for two or four, and groupings of comfortable armchairs. There are 15 ethernet jacks as well as wireless access for laptop use. If you don't have your own laptop you can check one out for 4 hours at the Circulation desk.

The Libe Café also plays host to readings and guest lectures. Last year's participants included Jared Diamond, John Cleese, and Oliver Sacks.

The Libe Café opens when Olin Library does and closes an hour before the library closes in the evenings.
