CreationStation Request Form

The CreationStation computers are available in the Cornell Library Collaborative Learning Computer Laboratory (CL)3 in Uris Library for Cornell University students and faculty for the creation of course-related multimedia presentations. The (CL)3 is a collaborative project between the Cornell University Library, Cornell Information Technologies, and the Department of Computer Sciences.

Please complete the following form to request a reservation for the Cornell Library Collaborative Learning Computer Laboratory in Uris Library. Requests are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 24 hours to process. Please plan accordingly. You are also welcome to stop in to (CL)3 to request equipment.

Equipment may not be picked up or returned when CL3 is not open. Please check hours before completing the form.
