Overview

The Creation Station is a collection of hardware and software for the patrons use. The station is located in the rear of the library by the photocopiers room.

Printing

The Creation Station prints to the following location

  • Black & White Laser: PHYSCI Library Net-Print 1

Cost is .09 cents a copy

  • Color Laser: PHYSCI Library Net-Print 2 Color

Cost is .25 cents per copy

Saving

Work can be saved on the D drive for up to a week. Items over a week old will be routinely deleted. This drive is not secure in any way, and all work left here will be fully available to any user of the station.

Note: The C drive is "frozen". Anything saved here will be erased when the machine is logged off between users.

User Support

User Support will be provided by the PLS Reference Staff Reference Coordinator. The Creation Station coordinator is Leah Solla.

The reference staff store all the manuals for the software on the Creation Station. A patron will need to request these from the reference staff if needed.
