CESSDA(Council of European Social Science Data Archives)

The major European portal for social science data for teaching and research, CESSDA home pages organize links to catalogs of Europe’s national data archives and provide a central news form. Quick ingress is provided by a clickable map of Europe.

Country Indicators for Foreign Policy Extremely user-friendly resource developed by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Performance indicators for 196 countries spanning, in most cases, 1985-2000.

European Central Bank (ECB)

The agency of the European Union charged with managing the euro and monetary policy.
Euro exchange rates and trend graphs are also available.

Eurostat (Statistical Office of the European Union)

The statistical office of the European Union’s European Commission, Eurostat produces data for EU policy development in regional development, economic union, agriculture and many other areas, and promotes harmonization of member state statistics.

OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) Statistics Portal

Cornell receives all OECD publications in print and electronic form.

UNICEF statistics: Monitoring and Statistics (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund)

WHO Europe:  World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe.

World Bank Data and Statistics
