Consumer price indices of various types of commodities are compiled, as are statistics on industrial accidents and labor disputes. Lists of statistical sources for each country are given.

Almost any information relating to U.N. activities during the year covered, as well as to personnel or organizations of the U.N. and its affiliated agencies, can be found here. The various U.N. subjects are treated in detailed essays to which are appended documentary references and in many cases the text of and vote on relevant resolutions. Although scheduled to be published annually, it is usually several years behind.
