The Committee for Professional Development sponsors activities designed to welcome new librarians to Cornell University and to help make them feel comfortable with the Library system. Such annual events as the New Librarians' Coffee Break and the New Librarians' Luncheon offer new librarians the opportunity to ask questions of their colleagues.
