Annex Document Delivery report The final draft of the report was reviewed, revised and approved. Susan will send the final report to Ross Atkinson.
Access Services Program Committee The next meeting has been scheduled and announced. The agenda includes e-books presentation from Ross Atkinson and an update on the Endeavor Implementation by Lynne Personius and Susan Currie.
Endeavor Implementation Susan outlined some of the critical issues for implementation of the circulation module, including data migration (the patron file, all active records, open holds/recalls, open fine and replacement bills, etc.). The organization of the working groups for implementation is still in some stages of planning but Susan has made a recommendation to broaden the reserve group to include circulation since it is an area that has a huge impact on workflow and public services. Susan will post messages to circadmin-l about progress and will go over this in the Sept. 28th ASPC meeting. Also, we will need members of the Access Services community to participate with the implementation and to test Endeavor when a test database is in place (probably in the early spring of 2000). There are a couple of new elements to this LMS including the capability for e-reserve and a media scheduling module although the media scheduling module does not necessarily need to come up at the same time as other modules. It is the circulation function that needs to work well on day one.
