Absent: Marty Kurth, David Block.
Holly reviewed items that need to be done before the test server of the redefinition is implemented. They are almost ready to implement the test.
We reviewed the memo that will accompany the list of Networked Resources that will be removed in the implementation. The group decided that the return date should be two weeks after the test server is up and running.
The Teeny Tiny subcommittee on user studies will meet next week to finish up the questions that will be asked in the focus group. The NRRIG members will help conduct the focus groups and there are 3 other volunteers as well. We are still looking for two more. Next week's meeting will also focus on how best to advertise the focus groups to the public. Nan plans to send out a note to cornell.marketplace. The group has also discussed handing out flyers in classes to attract potential participants.
Networked Resources will need a new name. We discussed a few ideas but thought that we would also send something out to CULIB for ideas on what it call it.
The next meeting will be Friday June 29 at 1pm.
Minutes recorded by Nancy Hyland.
