1) CUL's input into the Cornell University information technologies strategic plan
LMT reviewed and commented on the first draft of a document representing the library's initial input into the Cornell Information Technologies (IT) strategic planning process. This is a year-long iterative process to set Cornell University's IT priorities. It is being undertaken at the request of the President and the Provost and is being coordinated by Cornell Information Technologies (CIT). Oya solicited input from various libraries and divisions in pulling the document together. She will have a revised version to submit to CIT by the end of the week. The input from the library and other units across the university will be discussed at an upcoming Deans Council meeting. Anne thanked Oya for her excellent work in drafting the document. 2) Staff Web
LMT had a discussion about the Staff web. Ed will work with Michelle Eastman and the staff in 201 Olin to update and maintain the CUL Staff Web site.
