Course Reserves

The Library accepts reserve lists through a system that expedites the processing of all materials, both hard copy and electronic items.  The system allows instructors to view and track the processing status of their reserve requests.  Lists created in the system are archived for future retrieval, so it is possible to access and reinstate previous lists quickly.

The system requires a one-time registration.  As an instructor, when you log in for the first time, you will be asked to authenticate yourself using your NetID and password, and to supply some additional user information.  After this initial set up, you will be able to create new lists, add items to existing system-created lists, view prior system-created lists, check the status of your requests, and more.  The library staff is happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
