"I’m involved in a nutrition research lab on campus. This past semester I was designing my own study which required completing a literature review of all the current literature relating to my topic. As my deadline approached, I found that I was sifting through countless articles, and struggling to identify relevant studies to my research. I also was having difficulty determining the extent to which I was required to review the literature. When I was explaining my predicament to a friend, she suggested I email a librarian for help. I took her advice, realizing I needed all the help I could get. To my surprise I received an email the next morning providing me with links that pertained to my research project, and suggestions on effective ways to complete a comprehensive literature review! What an amazing resource that everyone should take advantage of!" Katharine-Grace Norris, ’18, Human Biology Health and Society.
