Email Your List to Reserves Staff
Submitting course reserves via email requires the least amount of effort by faculty, but requires extra time for processing by reserves staff (for rush items, we recommend that you instead bring the item to reserves staff in person). Instructors should plan on items that need to be recalled or purchased taking at least 2-3 weeks to be available.
There are two options for submitting your course reserves via email:
Fill out the appropriate Course Reserves Submission Form, and email it to reserves staff at your library. For just a few reserve items, you may use the short form - DOC. For a larger number of items, use the long form - DOC.
Email your course's syllabus to reserves staff.
NOTE: If you will be using electronic reserves (e-books, scanned articles, web links, or streaming video), you must first request a Blackboard site for your course via the Faculty Center.
