The Ivy Plus Libraries Confederation (IPLC), comprised of thirteen libraries including Cornell University Library, sent an open letter to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) in support of the Nelson Memo, which proposes to expand free, immediate, and equitable access to federally funded research.
