How to Submit Course Reserves

There are four options for submitting hard-copy or electronic course reserves at any of the Cornell University Libraries.  For more details on how to submit, choose the option below which best fits your reserve items:

Reactivate your previous course's reserves If you have taught this course before and will be reusing some or all of your reserve items, you can simply reactivate them.
Submit course reserves in person If you have items in your possession that you wish to place on reserve (i.e. materials currently checked out to you or personal copies) or if you need a chapter or article scanned for Blackboard, bringing the items to reserves staff in person is typically the fastest option.
Submit course reserves online Are you requesting items that will need to be purchased, recalled, or otherwise retrieved by library staff? Will you be using library-owned e-books or other electronic materials? Will your course require a large number of reserve items? Submitting via the website will save processing time.
Email your list to reserves staff This option is easiest for faculty but can add processing time, so it's best to choose a different option if you need items available on short notice.
